Steven Raeburn, editor of Scottish lawyers' magazine
The Firm, was interviewed this morning on BBC Radio Scotland's
Good Morning Scotland programme. The topic was the need for an inquiry into the conviction of Abdelbaset Megrahi following the
Aljazeera documentary and Marcello Mega's related
article. The programme can be accessed
here, through
The Firm's website.
And then at 8am, the news bulletin announced that Frank Mulholland would be seeking to try Gadaffi in Scotland for his part in the Lockerbie bombing.

Al Jazeera's "Lockerbie: The Pan Am Bomber?" can now be viewed on YouTube here.
ReplyDeleteI've just watched the film and what I found particularly interesting was the sweaty pallor of Fraser's face and his tone of voice.
ReplyDeleteFraser sounded drunk when he was being interviewed by Gideon Levy. He wasn't much better this time. His smugness about how great Scottish procedure is and how the Yanks were so impressed when they found out about the rules of corroboration was embarrassing - particularly in the context of the patronising crap talked about the Scottish police by Marquise et al.
