Will any aspect of the Lockerbie affair be an election issue?

In his column headlined What else can the SNP do to claw back votes? in yesterday's edition of The Herald, Iain Macwhirter wrote: "As for Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi – the issue that some commentators said could lose the SNP the election – well the boot is now on the other foot following the revelations about Gordon Brown’s dealings with Colonel Gaddafi."

It is probably true to say that the release of Megrahi will not be a vote loser for the SNP. But is it possible that the attitude of Scottish political parties to the question of an inquiry into the circumstances of his conviction could become an issue in the election? Or is the general public perception now that, because Libyan politicians jockeying for position in that country are lining up to say that Gaddafi ordered the Lockerbie bombing, the issue of whether one particular Libyan was properly convicted by a Scottish court of the murder of 270 people is a matter of no particular concern or importance?

At the moment the last thing that the Government of Great Britain wants is the truth to emerge about the crime role of the Scottish Officials in the Lockerbie-Affair..

Some of the Scottish *Officials are the true criminals in the Lockerbie Affair, are responsible for manipulating evidence in the Lockerbie Affair and are still protected by the Scottish Justice;--- MEBO has the proofs !
*(They are not involved in the PanAm 103 bombing, but responsible for the conspiracy against Libya).

With respect to the Families of PanAm 103 Victims. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi was accused falsely and convicted. Justice for Mr Abdelbaset Al Megrahi and for the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya. The only correct way that Mr. Al Megrahi can prove his innocence is via opening the files from the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission (SCCRC) and the (PII) document under 'National Security', trough the Scottish legal System !
Mr Abdelbaset and the Libyan people deserve the right to prove that the truth is revealed and that their honour will be fully restored.

Please watch now the full documentary film "Lockerbie revisited" by Regisseur Gideon Levy, shown to Scottish members of Parliament about important facts concerning the conspiracy against Libya.

Logically, the answer must be 'no' as none of the parties contesting the election seems to have got it right, or at any rate been able to explain its position in a plausible way. However at least one prominent menber of the SNP (Christine Graham) is rattling cages, and if the blogs are to be taken as representative, then the bulk of party membership thinks the Megrahi stinks. In spite of all that, the SNP's formal position remains worryingly ambivalent.

Unfortunately the average Labour voter is not noted for his enquiring mind, so the Party's unsavoury posturing is unlikely to do them electoral harm. If Labour form the next Holyrood administration it is quite certain that the affair will be kicked into the longest of long grass.

The "BUILDING BUSINESS BRIDGES WITH LIBYA" (LBBC) is broken !
As quickly replaced the 'UK-INGRATIATE' on the 'PROJEKTION' - (of guilt by transferring them to other facts). False Friends (UK-officials)!
We could see this: The wrong kind of friends (UK officials) of Saif El Islam, leave the sinking ship...
