Prosecuting the Pan Am Flight 103 Bombing Case
Colin Boyd, Lord Boyd of Duncansby, discusses his experience prosecuting this famously complex and controversial case when he was Scotland’s Lord Advocate.
Lord Boyd is a judge of the Supreme Courts of Scotland, a Privy Councillor, and a Life Peer.

In March 2000, two months before the Scottish Court in the Netherlands which scheduled to begin, Lord Advocate, Andrew Hardie, rendered surprisingly the Lockerbie trial at you, Solicitor General, Colin Boyd .... Thus, it should also transfered to you the document under National Security PII ?
The document PII was sent to the Lord Advocate Andrew Hardie, of an undisclosed State on 13 September 1996. The question to you Lord Colin Boyd: " Have you embezzled the document PII, to the court in Kamp van Zeist ?
The SECRET documents which Could prove the innocence of the man Abdelbaset al Megrahi, convicted of the Lockerbie bombing, are being hold by a secret government. Prosecuting counsel Ronnie Clancy Said: The document had not come from the United States or its agencies like the CIA, Although he did not disclose the countryside Involved.
