Events marking publication of James Robertson's Lockerbie novel

    MEBO's lawyer Marcel Bosonnet on 13 May, 2013, submited to the Federal Criminal Court in Bellinzona, a legal complaint against Swiss Authorities, about the legal delay in connection with inspection in files of investigation in the case of the MST-13 Timerfragment (PT/35 - alleged found in Lockerbie).
    According to the following law articles, a legal delay is fact:

    Article 29 Abs. 1 BV, Art. 6 Ziff. 1 EMRK and Article 14 Abs. 3 lit. c UNO- Pakt ll.

    Due to the legal delay, it was impossible for the complainant MEBO Ltd., required facts and proofs by the file to be incorporated into the action for the finacial and reputations damages.
    At present, the procedure in the Administrative Court is pending.

    MEBO's Rechtsanwalt Marcel Bosonnet hat am 13. Mai 2013, gegen die schweizerische Bundesanwaltschaft beim Bundesstrafgericht in Bellinzona, eine
    rechtliche Beschwerde wegen Rechtsverzögerung in die Einsichtnahme von Untersuchungsakten in der Anglegenheit - MST-13 Timerfragment (PT/35, angeblich gefunden in Lockerbie) - eingereicht.

    Durch ein Akteneinsichtsgesuch vom 13. Juli 2012, welches bis heute noch nicht bearbeitet wurde, liegt eine Rechtsverzögerung vor:

    Artikel 29 Abs. 1 BV, Art. 6 Ziff. 1 EMRK and Art. 14 Abs. 3 lit. c UNO- Pakt ll.

    Aufgrund der Rechtsverzögerung war es dem Beschwerdeführer MEBO AG verunmöglicht, benötigte Erkenntsnisse und Beweise aus der Akteneinsicht in die Schadenersatz und Reputationsklage einfliessen zu lassen. Zur Zeit ist das Verfahren beim Verwaltungsgericht hängig.
