FBI Lab in Serious Trouble

This is the headline over Dr Ludwig de Braeckeleer's most recent article in OhMyNews International. The article reads in part:

'In a few days, the National Academy of Sciences will release a report regarding forensic science in the US in general. The report takes a special look at the FBI forensic laboratories.

'Scientists who worked on the report allege that the National Institute of Justice, a research arm of the Justice Department, tried repeatedly to block its release. Senator Shelby accuses the National Institute of Justice of having attempted to influence the panel.

'According to people who have seen the current draft, the document is "a sweeping critique of many forensic methods that the police and prosecutors rely on, including fingerprinting, firearms identification and analysis of bite marks, blood spatter, hair and handwriting."

'The report suggests that that Congress should create a federal agency to guarantee the independence of the forensic analyses.

'It states that the Bureau forensic lab relies on untested theories conducted by poorly trained technicians who have no training in sciences and statistics. (...)

'The author can now announce that the technical report regarding the bomb that exploded on board of Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie is seriously flawed. Once corrections are made, a spectacular conclusion follows. The Lockerbie verdict is scientifically impossible. A summary of this new report, which was reviewed by top experts in the field, will be soon made available to our readers.'

  1. After evaluating the criminal manipulation in the Lockerbie affair, it must be concluded that the “Lockerbie Criminal Team” after September 17, 1999 had themselves been convinced that the MST-13 timer fragment, allegedly found in Lockerbie, could not have come from the twenty MST-13 timers delivered to Libya.

This was the logical reason that after Bolliers personal expertise of the timer fragments in Dumfries beetween September 13 and September 17, 1999, these two crucial pieces of evidence PT/35(b) and DP/31(a) against Libya had been manipulated for a second time intentionally by Scottish "Officials".

It was only through this criminal action that it became possible to carry out the political order to implicate and maintain the country of Libya in the attack on Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie.

Thomas Thurman (FBI) expert who first brought up the wrong „theory” of a MEBO Timer MST-13 being the decisive piece of evidence for the bombing of PanAm 103. Meanwhile he has been fired by the FBI for having manipulated similar evidence in other investigations and was one who was not called to testify?

Which role played Ex-FBI Special Agent Richard Marquise in the "Lockerbie-Affair"? Ex-FBI "Special" Agent and head of the Task Force in the "Lockerbie-Case", Richard A. Marquise, exposed himself with his own justifications!
He is still defending and protecting FBI forensic expert Tomas Thurman, who was meanwhile convicted in the United States for having tampered with forensic evidence. Was he possibly the crucial perpetrator behind the conspiracy against Libya in the Lockerbie-Affair?

The fragment of a MST-13 timer fragment originated from a first handfabricated prototype not delivered to Libya. The PT-35 = (MST-13) timer fragment descends from the first handfabricated prototype serie of 1985!

Original excerpt, from Richard Marquise's book "Scotbom: Evidence and the Lockerbie Investigation"under *Chapter 11:

After Lumpert's statement, Lumpert (ex-Engeneer at MEBO Ltd) was the first witness and after examining a photograph the PT-35, (MST-13 Fragment) testified the chip had come from a circuit board for a timer he designed and built in 1985at the request of Bollier. ---

*He had learned one week prior to the hearing that this timer might have been used in a bomb. He believed the chip had come from one of the first timers made. He detailed how he had designed this circuit board, nothing the slight imperfections on PT-35. Once the master board was made, the imperfections showed up on the other circuit boards from that master.+++

Why has ex-FBI Special Agent Marquise suppressed this most important proof in favour of Libya at the court in Kamp van Zeist? I am convinced his role and function in the "Lockerbie-fraud" will be revealed at the appeal. Hello to the memory: The MST-13 timers supplied to Libya were not prototypes of the first serie!

    1. The MST-13 Fragment (PT-35B) were never examined for residues of explosives!
    2. The sides of the fragment did not develop of an explosion!

We wait for the announced report which was reviewed by top experts in the field, will be soon made available...
