An irresponsible mistake due to the BKA's sloppy investigations.
Passenger no.143, T. Walker, actually traveled with his 3 luggage items (3M) with the same flight LH-631 from Kuwait to Frankfurt. Around 15:57 clock at the transit checking counter in Frankfurt airport, Mr. Walker checked in with his 3 luggage items as tray no. B-7056, B-9531, B-11366.
Unfortunately, the on-line Bag from Berlin flight PA-643, Tray no. B-8849 was given the the code S0009+Z13:07 at the same time (13:07) together with the inter-line baggage from AirMalta, KM-180, (code S0009+Z13:04-13:10) by the same Counter V3-206. Therefore the wrong acceptance at the court in Kamp van Zeist 2000/2001, that the bag was transfered by AirMalta, KM-180 onto PanAm, PA-103/A!!

ReplyDeleteYOU AND OTHER FRIENDS BELIEVE THAT MR. MEGRAHI IS INNOCENT, that is very well however is only one statement from you, or have you strong discharge proofs as I and MEBO have?
We are neither pessimistic nor optimistic about Megrahi's appeal, but we are determined to reveal the Scottish miscarriage of justice with our exonerating evidence and thus help to rehabilitate Libya and give Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi his honour back.
We will prove that Libya and Mr Al Megrahi had absolutely nothing to do with the PanAm 103 bombing! We have to day the ncessary discharge proofs.
A revised judgement in favour of Libya and its official Mr. Megrahi will rise Libya's international reputation and the prestige of Libya's leader Muammar Gaddafi and his son Seif al-Islam Gadhafi, who was a key figure in normalizing Libya's relations with the World and make the international community aware of the unjust UN-embargo against Libya and its people.
Why again a delay and why has no date yet been fixed for the hearing of the appeal? The answer is simple: Probably racism, because Mr. Megrahi is citizen of a Muslim Country! This must end. The delay is becoming scandalous. The reputation of Scotland's criminal justice system is being further tarnished in the eyes of the world. Topic in the next meeting of the Arab league.

ReplyDeleteMr.Bollier is yet again subjecting the site and it's objective postings to a virtual avalanche of comments that
(a) are totally confusing to the ordinary reader.
(b) have not been 'tested' in a court of law.
(c)He has admitted on camera 'expectatiuons of'immense' wealth for his role in 'assisting' Megrahi's release.
(d) He has, as far as can be ascertained at this stage no role in the pending second appeal.
(e) appears to be using his comments as a free vehicle for comments that, until the second appeal has be heard may seriously disadvantage both Mr. Megrahi and his defence team.
(f)As the transcripts of the trial show, Mr. Bollier admitted, under oath to secretly comunicating with persons alleged to be officers of the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States AND the Inteligence services of the Libyan Government.(I remember a comment made by a senior lwayer along the lines of 'trying to have his cake and eat it'!
In the interests of impartiality, could it be that his postings are part of the requirement to 'prove' he is actively campaiging to justify up to $200 MILLION payment - I urge that some form of limit on his activities be implimented to ensure that ordinary site visitoirs do NOT become mislead or further comments that can only cause confusion and damage to Megrahi's position. (I am NOT asking for censorship which I oppose with heart and soul).
Postnote to RUTH: Yes, dear Ruth, I DO make spelling and other mistakes - I have serious eye problems and had hoped that readers would wiew any typos in an understanding manner. I and my many problems are NOT important - the relase of a man whom I believe to be TOTALLY innocent - IS!

The only editorial powers that I exercise in respect of comments posted on this blog are to remove contributions that are defamatory or obscene (of which, I am glad to report, there have been few). I don't intend to change this policy. Some of the comments I find annoying or irritating or ill-informed. But that is something that a blogger should be prepared to put up with if he/she allows comments on the site at all. I take the view that on this blog the value of the comments facility outweighs the concomitant annoyance and irritation.

ReplyDeleteBeing a witness is very important also in a criminal appeal court case. Witness for the defense Edwin Bollier will again additionally provide vital new information about the "Lockerbie-crime" case, for the exoneration of Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi and Libya's curse in the Lockerbie-case
I registered myself and Ulrich Lumpert as a witness at the High Court in Edinburgh. In the next weeks Edwin Bollier, MEBO Ltd. will give a statement and deliver the new evidence/realizations at the Scottish Police in Edinburgh or Dumfries, as a witness (Scotland act 2004).
A specialist from Germany examined and confirmed my determination result, transferred three of unknown luggage items, 3 Bags, Tray no. B-4809, B-6001, B-7418; unaccompanied, from flight LH-631-(from Kuwait), via counter (HM-3) inter-line, to PA-103/A at Frankfurt to London Heathrow...
On the other hand, the alleged "Malta-Bomb-bag", Tray no.B-8849 was a regular accompanied on-line bag from passenger no.131, W. Wagenführ, (from Berlin)- flight PA-643, and was transfered on (21.12.1988), 13:07 to PA-103/A, and checked out in Heathrow.
It is negligent, since the year 2000 until today, about 30 attorneys of Mr. Megrahi' s defence team, has not find out these determining facts!!!
RESULT: On the feeder flight PA-103/A from Frankfurt to London-Heathrow not one Samsonite suitcase - the alleged bomb suitcase, from AirMalta, flight KM-180 to PanAm flight PA-103/A - was loaded, but 3 unknown and unaccompanied luggage items from Lufthansa, flight LH-631 from Kuwait, ex tray no. It is not clear up today whether this mysterious baggage items were loaded in London-Heathrow on the mainflight, PA-103 to NewYork (JFK).

Other organisations who were investigating the bombing had taken some of the documentation before the BKA could get their hands on it. Fuhl also testified that PanAm had apparently instructed staff at Heathrow to destroy documentation. (Ref. Doc.1 Chapter 13 page 38)
