Administration of the Lockerbie Review
The ninth annual report of the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission, covering the period 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008, was published on 1 July 2008. It contains a section, with the above title, on the Commission's work on the Lockerbie case, resulting in the reference of the case back to the Scottish Court of Criminal Appeal, written by its Chief Executive, Gerard Sinclair.
