American lawyer sues firm over Lockerbie work

Douglas Rosenthal, an American attorney, is suing his former firm, Sonnenschein, Nash and Rosenthal for $8.5m in the Washington DC Superior Court for its alleged failure properly to recognise, and to compensate him for, his work in representing relatives of passengers killed in the destruction of Pan Am 103. Rosenthal won $3MM + US in his case against Sonnenschein. Sonnenschein was awarded $300K US in their counter claim. See http://www.law.com/jsp/article.jsp?id=1206700935954 for the details.
