Some of the "conspi...DOSSIER LOCKERBIE, 2017:<br /><br />Some of the "conspiracies" have since been comprehensively debunked is for the Swiss MEBO circuit board (PT35)!<br />The central piece of evidence which pointed to the Libyans was a tiny fragment of a MST13 timer circuit board (PT35) which was found by expert Allen Feraday, on 16 January 1990, in a SLALOM-Shirt at Institute "RARDE"- alleged...<br />This fragment was traced to the firm MEBO LTD in Switzerland, which exported 1985, 20piece of timers to the Libyan Military Procurement in Tripoli (3years before the attack on PanAm 103, over Lockerbie)...<br /><br />Libya.
