This must be coming from the USA and is more likely to be a threat than a promise (for who would expect the USA to keep a promise?). With Salmond hoping for a 'yes' to independence now is a good time for JFM to press its case. I wonder how difficult it might be to get some sort of show on the road that pickets and leaflets every 'yes' campaign function.
